The ARL Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and Learning Network Committee are seeking expressions of interest for the Kaleidoscope Program (KP) and Leadership Fellows Program (LFP) Selection Working Groups.
Program alums and ARL member representatives are invited to submit expressions of interest for the following openings:
Kaleidoscope Program Selection Working Group:
- 2 KP Alums
- 1 ARL Member Rep
Leadership Fellows Program Selection Working Group:
- 1 LFP Alum
- 1 ARL Member Rep
These selection working groups evaluate application materials of potential program participants and make recommendations to the task forces for final review and decisions. The selection working group charges (KP Selection Working Group and LFP Selection Working Group) further outline each group’s purpose, membership, and responsibilities.
Working group members will serve approximately a six-month term upon confirmation by the task force, approximately April 1–September 30, 2025. Responsibilities include meetings, application review and scoring, and providing process feedback. Below are time commitment estimates for these opportunities:
- KP Selection Working Group: up to 33 hours
- LFP Selection Working Group: up to 23 hours
These estimates are dependent on many factors, including the number of applications.
