The University of Wisconsin (UW)–Madison has named Lesley Moyo and Lee Konrad joint interim vice provosts for UW–Madison Libraries.
Lesley Moyo is associate university librarian for public services and Lee Konrad is associate university librarian for digital strategy. Moyo and Konrad have knowledge and extensive leadership experience in their respective portfolios and will ensure that ongoing initiatives, projects, work, and partnerships continue to move forward with continuity.
Moyo and Konrad will serve as joint interim vice provosts while the university conducts a search for a successor to Lisa Carter, who will step down this spring to become university librarian and dean of libraries at the University of Michigan. Carter has led the UW–Madison Libraries since 2018.
