The ARL Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and Learning Network Committee are seeking expressions of interest for several new members to join the Intensive Learning Program (ILP) Task Force, Kaleidoscope Program (KP) Task Force, Leadership and Career Development Program (LCDP) Task Force, and the Leadership Fellows Program (LFP) Task Force.
Program alums, ARL member representatives, and senior leaders in ARL libraries are invited to submit expressions of interest by Tuesday, January 28, for the following openings:
ILP Task Force (term will be August 1, 2025–February 28, 2027) up to 3 openings:
- ILP Alums
- ARL Member Institution Senior Leaders and/or Member Representatives
KP Task Force (term will be August 1, 2025–July 31, 2027) up to 2 openings:
- KP Alums
- ARL Member Institution Employees
LCDP Task Force (term will be March 1, 2025–February 28, 2027) up to 2 openings:
- LCDP Alums
- ARL Member Institution Senior Leaders and/or Member Representatives
LFP Task Force (term will be March 1, 2025–February 28, 2027) up to 1 opening:
- ARL Member Representatives
These task forces advise ARL staff on program curriculum, assist ARL staff with program implementation, and review program assessment and evaluation results to provide feedback and recommendations to Association Committees and ARL staff to shape changes for future cohorts and other considerations for the Association.
