Krisellen Maloney Named Rutgers Vice President for Information Services and University Librarian

Rutgers University has appointed Krisellen Maloney as vice president for information services and university librarian, effective July 15, 2015. Maloney is currently dean of libraries at University of Texas at San Antonio and was an ARL leadership fellow in the 2007–2008 cohort. At Rutgers, she will succeed Marianne Gaunt, who retired December 31, 2014, after 35 years at Rutgers, the last 17 years as university librarian and 6 years as vice president for information services. Jeanne E. Boyle, associate university librarian for planning and organizational research, has served as interim vice president for information services and university librarian since January 1, 2015.
